Your rate never rises
Not when padel opens. Not when the Reformer studio opens. Not when the cafe and bar are finished. You pay what you joined at.
For the life of your membership
It holds for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the going rate, because the founder rate belongs to the membership rather than to the person.
And it follows you into Premium
When Reformer Pilates and Small Group PT open in 2027, founders are offered an equally discounted Premium rate. It is above £100, and it is still a founder price.

Premium, from 2027
When the Reformer studio opens there will be a Premium tier, and it covers exactly two things: Reformer Pilates and Small Group PT. Both run in deliberately small groups, which is why they sit apart. Everything else the club does stays Standard, and always will. Founder members will be offered an equally discounted Premium rate when it opens.

Coaching starts
The training is ready first, on purpose. The full weekly timetable runs from the day we open, and the building work carries on around it.

2027
The full club
The parts that take real building. Founder members pay their founder rate throughout, and keep it once all of this has landed.
- PadelThree floodlit courts, going in on hard standing that is already there, so the groundwork is largely done.
- Reformer Pilates and Small Group PTA dedicated studio, deliberately small groups. These two are what create the Premium tier, and nothing else sits behind it.
- Sauna and hot tubThe sauna, the hot tub and the terrace, looking down the valley.
- Upgraded bar and cafeAn even better place to be social and to work, shared by the whole club.

When does Magnolia Park open?
Coaching starts in October 2026. The full class timetable runs from week one, along with open training, the junior programme, changing rooms and the cafe. Padel, Reformer Pilates, the sauna and hot tub and the fully upgraded cafe and bar follow in 2027.
So I am joining a club that is not finished?
Yes, and that is the deal. You get the training from day one at a rate nobody will ever get again, and the facilities arrive around you over the following months. If you would rather wait until every last thing is open, you are very welcome, you will just pay the standard rate when you do.
What does price-locked actually mean?
The rate you join at is the rate you keep, for the life of your membership. It does not rise when padel opens, when the Reformer studio opens, or when the cafe and bar are finished. It holds for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later you come back at the going rate, because the founder rate belongs to the membership rather than to the person.
What do I actually get in the first month?
Adult classes every day, junior sessions every weekday, and group sessions that are free and never touch a class credit. Twelve classes a month included, and every class is kept small. Plus open training outside class times, so the timetable is a floor rather than a ceiling.
Is there a Standard and Premium split?
Not at launch. There is one membership and it covers everything we run. The split appears in 2027 with the Reformer studio, and it covers exactly two things: Reformer Pilates and Small Group PT. Everything else stays Standard. Founder members will be offered an equally discounted Premium rate if they want it.
How do I join?

Is there a minimum term?
Never. No minimum term and a one month notice period on every membership, founder or otherwise. We would rather earn the renewal.
Will padel be included in membership?
No. Padel is pay as you play, so you only pay for the courts you use rather than it being bundled into everyone's membership. Three floodlit courts open in 2027.
Can my children come too?
Yes, and not just to a creche. The Family Founder membership covers two adults and two children. Junior Fitness runs every weekday at 4:30, then Forest School, Homework Club, music practice, bushcraft and arts, and tabletop games at 5:30, which is the same hour as the adult evening class.
