Wellness & recovery
The part of the day where you switch off on purpose.
Heat, cold, breath and stillness, set on a landscaped terrace under the trees. Arriving in 2027, and founder members will not pay a penny more when it does.
Straight with you about the timing
The sauna, the hot tub and the Reformer studio are part of the 2027 build, not the October launch. Coaching, the full class timetable and open training all start first. Join as a founder now and your rate is locked before any of this arrives.
Sauna & hot tub · 2027
Steam, soak, cool, repeat.
A sauna and a hot tub on a landscaped deck, with a sun terrace above for the slow end of a session. Warm up, cool down and let the valley do the rest. It is the difference between leaving a gym and leaving a good day.
- Sauna and hot tub
- Landscaped deck and sun terrace
- A calm, unhurried space to recover in
- Opening with the 2027 build
Why recovery matters
You do not get fitter in the session. You get fitter in the recovery. So we are building a proper place to do it.
Heat and cold, sleep, movement and a moment of calm are where the hard work actually lands. At most gyms recovery is a bench by the lockers. Here it will be a terrace, a sauna and a reason to slow down before you head home.
Studio · 2027
Reformer Pilates, and a coach in your corner.
A dedicated Reformer Pilates studio for small, guided classes, opening with the 2027 build alongside Small Group PT. The full fitness class timetable and one to one health coaching run from launch: training, food, sleep and stress, support that meets you where you are rather than where an app assumes you should be.
- Dedicated Reformer Pilates studio, small class sizes, from 2027
- A full timetable of fitness classes across the week, from launch
- One to one health coaching for training, food and sleep, from launch
