The courts are not open on day one. Coaching at Magnolia Park starts first, and padel arrives in 2027 with three courts. Join as a founder now and your rate will not move a penny when they do.
New to padel?
Tennis meets squash, played in pairs, behind glass. You will get a rally going in your first ten minutes and you will be booking your next game before you leave.
Padel is social by design. The court is smaller, the walls are in play and the scoring is familiar, so beginners and old hands can share a genuinely fun game. It is the reason clubs across the country cannot build courts fast enough, and it sits right at the heart of the plan for Magnolia Park.

Most padel you will have played sits behind a leisure centre or under a flyover. These look out over the valley, which turns a Tuesday night game into a reason to leave the house.

Padel is pay as you play, so you only pay for the courts you use rather than it being bundled into everyone’s membership. Booking, coaching and league details firm up as the courts go in.
Founder memberships open
Seventy people get in first.
Fifty individual spots at £100 a month, twenty family spots at £250, price-locked for the life of your membership. Registering your interest is free and commits you to nothing.
