The Club
One membership, a whole day in the valley.
Magnolia Park brings a gym, courts, wellness, food and work together in one green place. The coaching opens in October 2026 and the rest is built around it. Here is everything, and exactly when it lands.
What opens when
Coaching first. The rest around it.
Everything below is marked with the phase it belongs to, so nothing on this page is a promise you cannot date.
October 2026
Coaching starts
The training is ready first, on purpose. The full weekly timetable runs from the day we open, and the building work carries on around it.
- The full class timetableEvery class on the published grid, coached, from week one. Mornings from six, lunchtimes, and two evening slots.
- Open trainingThe training space is yours outside class times too, so your week is not limited to the sessions you booked.
- Free group sessionsRuck Club, trail running, mountain biking, open water swimming, CapoFlow and MMA Fitness. Free to members and they never use a class credit.
- The junior programmeJunior Fitness every weekday at 4:30, then Forest School, Homework Club, music practice, bushcraft and arts, and tabletop games at 5:30.
- Changing rooms and showersToilets and showers ready to go, with more built as the rest of the site develops.
- The cafeOpen and pouring coffee from day one. The full upgrade comes later, because the training floor came first.
2027
The full club
The parts that take real building. Founder members pay their founder rate throughout, and keep it once all of this has landed.
- PadelThree floodlit courts, going in on hard standing that is already there, so the groundwork is largely done.
- Reformer Pilates and Small Group PTA dedicated studio, deliberately small groups. These two are what create the Premium tier, and nothing else sits behind it.
- Sauna and hot tubThe sauna, the hot tub and the terrace, looking down the valley.
- Upgraded bar and cafeAn even better place to be social and to work, shared by the whole club.

The training spaces
Two indoor gyms, and one very good reason to go outside.
Two indoor training spaces with premium kit and valley views, and an open outdoor area on the grass for when the weather is worth being out in. Step through the gate and you are on National Trust trails, which is where the trail running and the rucking go.
- Open air strength and conditioning area on the grass
- Full indoor gym floor with the hills through the glass
- Open training outside class times, not only when a session is booked
- National Trust paths straight off the grounds

The programme
A full week of coached classes, and the group sessions cost nothing.
Strength and Functional Fitness most hours of the day, Body Control mid morning, and the junior programme every weekday afternoon. Then the group sessions: Ruck Club, trail running, mountain biking, open water swimming, CapoFlow and MMA Fitness, all free to members and none of them touching a class credit.
- Small classes, so you are coached rather than counted
- Strength and Functional Fitness rotate through Hyrox, Sport Performance, Club Cali and more
- Group sessions free to members, and they never use a class credit
- Twelve classes a month included in every membership

The whole family
The junior programme runs at the same hour as yours.
Junior Fitness at 4:30 every weekday, then Forest School, Homework Club, music practice, bushcraft and arts, or tabletop games at 5:30, anchored on purpose to the adult evening class, so a family trains together instead of taking turns.
- Junior Fitness every weekday afternoon
- Forest School, Homework Club, music practice, bushcraft and arts, tabletop games
- Running alongside adult sessions, not instead of them
- Everyone meets at the cafe afterwards

Eat & drink
A cafe from day one, a bar to follow.
Good coffee and honest food after a session from the week we open. The full upgrade, a cafe and bar with a terrace looking down the valley, comes with the 2027 build. The training floor was always going first.
- Cafe open and pouring from launch
- A full cafe and bar upgrade in 2027
- A terrace looking out over the valley

Racquets
Padel in the valley.2027
Padel is the quickest game to fall for and the hardest to put down. Three floodlit courts go in during 2027, on hard standing that is already there, looking out over the valley.
- Three floodlit courts, in for 2027
- Coaching for every level, from first hit to competitive
- Pay as you play, so you only pay for the courts you use

The movement spaces
Reformer Pilates and Small Group PT, properly coached.2027
A dedicated Reformer studio and a small group PT space, kept deliberately small so a coach can actually coach. These two are the only disciplines that will ever sit behind a Premium tier. Everything else the club does stays Standard.
- Dedicated Reformer Pilates studio, small guided classes
- Small Group PT in its own space
- The only two disciplines behind the Premium tier
- Founder members offered an equally discounted Premium rate

Wellness & recovery
Sauna, hot tub and a terrace to do nothing on.2027
A sauna and hot tub on a landscaped deck, with a terrace above for the part of the day where you earn the right to switch off. Recovery here will feel like the reward, not the admin.
- Sauna and hot tub
- Landscaped deck and sun terrace
- Arriving with the 2027 build

Work
The Magnolia Park Business Club.2027
Work from the valley with fast wifi, good coffee and quiet corners, then step straight into a workout or a game at lunch. A calmer, greener alternative to the spare room or the commute. The lounge arrives with the cafe and bar upgrade.
- Desks, lounge seating and quiet zones
- Fast wifi, power and good coffee
- Train or play without leaving the site
The coaches
The people you will actually train with.
Small classes are only worth anything if the coach knows you. Ours will.
